| Cancellation Policy:
Your booking is not confirmed until a non refundable 30% deposit is received by the company.
Your deposit can vary depending on the time of season - ie. December/January/February and Easter being top of the season, a higher deposit will be required to insure the company does not sustain an unfair loss due to cancellation.
Balance of the charter fee is required 14 days prior to departure. After that time no refunds can be given unless another charter of equal value can be arranged. At that point all moneys received less 20% handling and administration fee will be returned to the original hirer.
(Special circumstances will always be considered by the company)
Adverse weather:
If weather conditions are considered to be unsafe by the Captain, the company reserves the right to postpone the sailing till a more suitable time. No refunds can be made but the company will work with the hirer to arrange a mutually more suitable time.
SAFTEY OF PASSENGERS AND SHIP ARE PARAMOUNT.
Please insure that all personal effects are covered by your household insurance as the company or your crew can not take responsibility for your loss.
Privacy:
Personal information regarding users may be collected for statistical purposes in determining the use of this web site. Information Dream Charters may collect about you will not be disclosed to any other person in a form that will identify you except in the following circumstances:
1. Where you have consented to such disclosure; or
2. Where such disclosure is required or permitted by the Privacy Act 1993 or otherwise required or permitted by New Zealand law.
